General terms and conditions

        Written contract and its creation

 

  1.  The contract for the procurement of guiding and other organizing services will be sent by My Way travel company to the customer by e-mail after mutual consultation. By concluding the Agreement, the customer confirms that he is aware of the following general terms and conditions.

  2. My way travel deals exclusively with persons older than 18 years. A minor under the age of 18 can only travel with a person over the age of 18.

  3. The customer - a person over 18 years of age who communicates with My Way travel on behalf of the group is also the person with whom My Way travel concludes a business contract in written form, which will be sent to the customer via e-mail.

  4. The price list and conditions are published in the main menu of the My Way travel website. The price of each offer is determined separately, and after its selection, and based on an agreement between the organizer (My Way Travel) and the customer (a person representing a group of interested parties), the price will be included in the contract for the procurement of guiding and other organizing services.

  5. All prices are clearly published on this website, prices include VAT and are final within the services offered

        Reservation and advance payments

  1.  In the case of a trip that takes place during the summer season, i.e. during the months of May, June, July, August and September, it is necessary (or recommended due to higher prices and better availability) to book services in the time range 2 to 3 months for the journey. In the case of a trip outside the summer season, a reservation 30 to 60 days in advance is sufficient.

  2. The reservation is binding at the moment of concluding the contract, by transferring 50% of the total amount to the account of My Way travel. No later than 15 days before your trip, the customer undertakes to pay an additional payment of the remaining 50% of the total amount.

  3. All payments to the My Way travel account will be duly invoiced to the customer                                                                                                                        

       Rights and obligations of My Way travel

  1. The customer has the full right to be informed about the progress of the preparation and all the steps associated with it.

  2. The company My Way travel has fairly and comprehensively set prices published before ordering services and they will be embedded for the customer both in the contract and in the invoice. Any additional services requested by the customer will be included in the written agreement on the extension of services.

  3. The customer has the right to all information, the duration of the contract and its conditions.

  4. The customer has the right to information about the obligation to pay an advance - If the seller requires payment in advance from the customer, he must be informed of this fact in advance.

  5. My Way travel has the right to pay for the ordered services before they are provided. The company is entitled to request an advance payment of 50% of the total price of the tour. This deposit is due within 7 days from the signing of the Contract. In the event of non-compliance with payment, My Way travel has the right to withdraw from the contract.

  6. My Way travel undertakes to take care of a group of travelers from their arrival at the airport of the agreed destination until their departure from the same airport.

  7. My Way travel is not responsible for the journey from England, Slovakia or the Czech Republic to Spain and back. Her duties begin and end with a personal meeting at the destination. My Way travel hereby warns customers that they must take into account the possibility of transport delays before the trip and act responsibly during it.

  8. My Way travel is obliged to provide all information related to the customer's future trip - destination or places, route, start and end dates of the trip, length of stay and dates, and if it is a trip that includes accommodation, also the number of nights during which accommodation is provided. Type and category of means of transport, class and transport links, time of departure and return, and if the exact time has not yet been determined, the approximate time of departure and return and expected places and duration of stops, Name, location, category, class, equipment and basic characteristics accommodation facility. Method, scope and form of eating. Program at the place of stay, trips, excursions or other services included in the total price of the tour.

  9.  My Way travel has the obligation to allow the customer to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, if he pays the cancellation fee specified in the point in the paragraph of the rights and obligations of the customer - point 6.

  10. In the event that the organizer, i.e. the company My Way travel, has to withdraw from the contract, the latter undertakes to return all demonstrably provided funds to the customer without the right to further sanctions.

  11.  My way travel is not responsible for incorrect and/or dangerous behavior of clients during the tour. (alcohol and/or other narcotic substances, disorderly conduct, separation from the group, non-compliance with the code of ethics and/or the law) The organizer may, as a last resort, and always in accordance with the law, cancel the tour during its duration and find alternative solutions to end the business relationship.

  12. My way travel is not obliged to provide the customer with services beyond the pre-confirmed and paid services agreed in the contract.

  13. My way travel, as a company providing guide and other organizing services, undertakes to take care of a group of travelers in all the points mentioned above, from their arrival at the airport of the agreed destination until their departure from the same airport, i.e. until in  which the business relationship ends.

  14. My Way travel reserves the right to change or cancel the trip if obvious, unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances occur before the trip and after payment by the organizer, which do not allow the company to fulfill the tour contract (pandemic, political situation, blockade, traffic_cc781905-5cde-3194- bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ strike and/or other) My Way travel will notify the customer of withdrawal from the tour contract without delay before the start of the tour. In this case, both parties will turn to the travel insurance taken out and seek an amicable solution to the unfavorable situation caused by a third party.

       

           Rights and obligations of the customer

  1. The customer undertakes to provide complete and true data about the customer and the participants of the tour, which are necessary for the conclusion of the contract, to immediately inform about changes in the personal data of the customer or the participating persons (in particular, a change of name and surname, address, telephone contact, passport number, etc.

  2. The customer undertakes to pay the agreed price for the ordered services at the agreed time.

  3. The customer undertakes to have available all necessary personal and medical documents enabling entry into the country to which he ordered the tour. For example, ID card, vaccination card, insurance card, passport and others.

  4.  The customer is obliged to arrive at the specified time at the specified meeting place of the tour participants with the delegate.

  5.  The customer is entitled to withdraw from the tour contract at any time before the start of the tour without giving a reason upon payment of the termination fee specified in the following point.

  6. The cancellation fee (the so-called cancellation fee) in the case of withdrawal from the contract without giving a reason is at least: - refund by the customer to the organizer of 20% of the total price of the tour from the confirmation of the tour to the 60th day before the start of the tour, - 35% of the total price of the tour from the 59th day until the 30th day before the start of the tour, - 40% of the total price of the tour from the 29th to the 20th day before the start of the tour, - 50% of the total price of the tour from the 19th to the 10th day before the start of the tour, - 60% of of the total price of the tour in case of cancellation of the tour from 9 days to 1 day before the start of the tour

         

         Customer's insurance

  1. Travel insurance is included in the tour price. This will be specified in more detail by My Way travel even before the conclusion of the contract and during the process of preparing your trip.

 

           Final provisions and recommendations

  1. By concluding the Agreement, the customer confirms that he is aware of these general terms and conditions.

  2. My Way travel advises customers to have at least €300 in cash per person or payment card available throughout the tour to cover costs that customers may incur during the tour (especially the costs of additional services that are not included in the price trip, costs of possible medical treatment, etc.).
